CleanPower is a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsden Holding. Marsden is one of the largest privately-owned security and facility service providers in the United States. Marsden is comprised of a family of operating companies who each maintain an outstanding reputation in the markets they serve. Marsden’s operating companies provide services throughout the United States, servicing over 300M square feet every day.
Acquisitions
CleanPower has been able to expand our service offerings and expertise through strategic acquisitions.
CleanPower acquired Sun Cleaning Group, a commercial janitorial company, in 2007. Sun Cleaning Group has years of experience as a specialty services provider, especially with construction clean up, pressure washing, and demolition projects. Sun Cleaning Group also has particular experience in educational and manufacturing environments.
In 2008, CleanPower acquired Al’s Window Cleaning, a local Milwaukee window cleaning company. Al’s has over five decades of experience providing commercial and residential window cleaning services.
CleanPower acquired Direct Contract and KAS Custom Cleaning, effective November 1, 2019. Direct Contract and KAS Custom Cleaning are both commercial cleaning companies operating in the Lake Geneva area and based in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.
